The LTC is Monroe's premier location for holistic athletic development. Our goal is to ensure that the facility is a one stop shop location for holistic athletic development and health and wellness. We hope to provide everything to fit our communities needs from youth fitness, sports performance training, adult health, wellness and fitness, travel and club sports, recreational sports, leagues, clinics, camps, sport instruction, physical therapy, nutrition and much more. We feel that we owe it to our community and surrounding area athletes, kids and families to provide excellent services, programs and offerings.
